The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment and customer oversight.     Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Drive overall post-sales relationship with assigned accounts including activities such as training, professional services, technical support, renewals, expansion, solution adoption, and advocacy. Collaborate cross-functionally to shepherd customers through the onboarding process by providing clear guidance about next steps, maintaining open lines of communication, and connecting customers to the appropriate internal resources.

    • Focus on initiatives to both retain existing customers, and grow our customer base through identification and building upon the number of referral customers within our install base.

    • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.

    • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

    • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

    • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors' degree or equivalent and 6+ years experience in a commercial role

    • 5+ years' experience leading clinical services teams

    • 5+ years' experience imaging services

    • Willingness to travel 25%

    For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $115,360.00-$173,040.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
