Customer Success Specialist

Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Specialist! Are you a customer service detail oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships? Then we have the position for you. This role involves managing customer relationships, working in a high-volume environment, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue. This exciting opportunity requires at least 6 months of previous call center experience.

• Develop, track, and analyze customer success metrics

• Promote customer retention, acquisition, and loyalty

• Solve complicated problems and issues

• Brainstorm and implement methodologies to improve the customer experience

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence

• Train customer-facing staff in ways to improve customer service and loyalty

Requirements

• Advanced technical skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)

• Outstanding research, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence

• Experience with being held accountable to KPIs and call-tracking

• Prior customer success or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
