As the Director of Customer Experience, you are responsible for working collaboratively with customers to improve their experience with C&S. You will help them stay relevant within our industry and fiscally healthy as an Independent Retailer. In this role, you will ensure that a dedicated cross-functional team delivers our regional EBITDA and revenue targets, drives productivity, and continues to engage both internal and external customers with growth opportunities. You will also supervise the activities of sales and service personnel to maximize the customer experience.

Job Description

You Will Contribute By

• Directing the activities of the CXT sales team, providing leadership and motivation necessary to implement effective sales and relationship strategies

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers to grow the purchase concentration ratio while maintaining customer advocacy.

• Supporting customer's business strategy by providing/maintaining the highest level of service and C&S solutions to enable growth for both the customer and C&S.

• Ensuring the development and growth of the sales team by utilizing hands-on training and continuing educational services offered both internally and externally.

• Having responsibility for communicating to the sales team on regional sales results, market trends, and shifts in the industry.

• Coalescing cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and identify key performance indicators through continued customer education.

• Travel Required: Yes (50% of the time)

We're Looking for Candidates With

• 10-15 years of experience In Sales or Customer Development. Wholesale distributor experience is a plus.

• Specialized Knowledge: Proven sales leadership experience, including implementation and ongoing management of goal setting, accountability metrics, and pipeline management; ability to communicate, present, and influence multiple levels within an organization

• Special Skills: Strong/well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; embrace challenges and an ability to manage multiple tasks at once; proven ability to engage with and influence others

• Ability to travel 50% of the time
