    The Role

    We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting implementation teams to strengthen the unique partnerships with our client's user base. You will work side-by side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new uses cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems.

    As a dedicated Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst for our organization's work with the Department of Defense (DOD), you will be responsible for providing onsite support in the D.C. area, delivering direct assistance to users, and helping develop valuable workflows for analysts. You will also help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. If you have a strong background in the DOD sector, a semi-technical background, and excellent communication skills, join our team and help solve the world's hardest problems.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Provide desk-side training to analysts.

    • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.

    • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues.

    • Provide feedback to the engineering team about product.

    • Attend and provide assistance during daily briefings with senior leaders (inclusive of a couple of Saturday mornings per month).

    • Provide support in addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) and answering questions from senior leaders.

    • Identify valuable workflows for analysts and gain an understanding of their specific needs and how that can translate to our product.

    • Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools to facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational questions.

    Here's what you'll need :

    What We Value

    • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.

    • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.

    • Prior experience with Palantir Gaia (essential knowledge required) and Palantir Foundry (debugging capabilities preferred).

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

    • Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong knowledge of Excel.

    • Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials.

    Requirements

    • Experience with Palantir Gaia

    • U.S. citizenship

    • Active TS/SCI. security clearance

    • Ability and willingness to work onsite with customers in their facilities including regular weekend work
