    Rate: $27.99/HR

    Field Training Supervisors provide on-the-spot training sessions and field resources to security specialists after they are released into the field. They are an integral part of ensuring the training and compliance teams are aware of any skill gaps that could potentially impact the safety and health of our client.

    Essential Functions:

    • Participate in briefings in your area to facilitate routine Standard Operating Procedure refresher training, discuss training initiatives, and post inspection focus areas

    • Facilitate and document drills in your area

    • Facilitate CPR recertification's as needed

    • Perform and document audits on specialists to test skills and knowledge

    • Develops training schedules in conjunction with management

    • Provide on-the-spot coaching to specialists as needed

    • Document interactions (audits, coaching, etc.) and report findings to leadership

    • Acts to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training, on-the-job training as required for purposes of certifications and under the terms of client contracts

    • Create and update resource materials used in the field - including PowerPoints, handouts, videos, SharePoint pages, etc.

    • Cross train with Training and Development Supervisors to serve as a back-up in the event additional support is needed

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Skilled in facilitating instructor led training sessions presentation and group facilitation skills

    • Skilled in conducting training needs assessments and creating training content using a strategic approach

    • Skilled in the preparation and delivery of training programs in multiple settings

    • Skilled in observation, coaching, and providing feedback to employees

    • Knowledge of or ability to learn security services and operations

    • Skilled in using technology including but not limited to Office products, A/V equipment, and general computer proficiency

    • Skilled in research and analysis

    • Ability to take initiative and achieve results

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed

    • Ability to adapt quickly and professionally to changes in the external environment and organization

    • Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures

    • Strong customer service skills and results orientation

    Position Requirements:

    • 18 years of age or older

    • High School Diploma or GED Required

    • Standard computer / technology skills needed

    • Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests

    • Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic

    • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

    • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

    • Customer service background preferred

    • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

    • Must possess a valid driver's license for state of assignment and insurable driving record

    • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell phone)

    • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)

    • Must have the legal right to work in the United States

    • Must be advanced in the ability to speak, read, and write English

    • Must have a minimum of 1 year of security experience, customer service, or hospitality experience

    • Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
