Scheduling appointments for providers, primary care, internal medicine, some specialty calls where they need assistance
Sending messages to back-office staff, messages from patience, rescheduling appointments, verify insurance.
Patients will be calling in, they will be verify through their systems, minimal outbound calls.
Taking 60-65 calls per day.
Registration of new clients.
Use next gen systems.
