Fully Remote Medical Call Center Representative

Description

• Scheduling appointments for providers, primary care, internal medicine, some specialty calls where they need assistance

• Sending messages to back-office staff, messages from patience, rescheduling appointments, verify insurance.

• Patients will be calling in, they will be verify through their systems, minimal outbound calls.

• Taking 60-65 calls per day.

• Registration of new clients.

• Use next gen systems.
