Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm

Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to patients and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries

• Verify insurance information and authorizations

• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
