    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for general and specific tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes through account management and data analyzation.

    • Data entry, quote support, record management, researching activities, logistics (communication with warehouse), shipment scheduling, etc. via defined processes

    • Partners with Outside Sales to ensure account retention through seamless customer support, resource orchestration, and order fulfillment troubleshooting

    Skills

    Customer service, Sales, Microsoft office, Inside sales support, Customer service oriented, Order processing, Inside sale, Outside sales, account management, business administration, analysis and writing skills

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of sales or account management experience

    • Excel knowledge

    • Supply chain knowledge is a plus
