    Job Description:

    The Inside Sales Intern is an integral part of the sales team and is responsible for telephone selling to meet and exceed sales goals. The Inside Sales Representative will harvest, contact and qualify leads to determine sales opportunities for new and existing customers in all segments. They will insure a proper qualification of incoming leads and where appropriate handover to the outside sales team to drive additional opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Achieve sales goals relative to a given target and customer segment

    • Conduct probing conversations and telemarketing actions

    • Capture and administer leads coming from different sources

    • Qualify all leads in a short timeframe based on defined priorities

    • Collaborate with local Sales teams to ensure proper handling and working of Sales Qualified Leads(SQL's)

    • Provide customer feedback to the Marketing and Sales teams

    • Complete all administrative work in a timely manner

    • Other tasks may be assigned

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High school diploma

    • Fluency in English; second language is a plus

    • Ability to make phone calls

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Demonstrated ability to digest and verbalize product information related to company

    • Demonstrated professional sales skills

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, with focus on Microsoft Excel

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Excellent communication skills, oral and written

    • Ability to be a productive teammate in a group setting related to sales projects

    • Basic to intermediate computer skills.

    • Previous call center experience

    • 1-3 years of achievement-oriented inside sales experience

    Target Market Salary Range:

    Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

    $20.50 - $26.50 per hour
