Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level/Hybrid)

As a critical member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and making connections!

Here's what success looks like in this role:

• Generating a minimum of three qualified, prospective sales leads each week

• Making over 100 calls weekly to prospective clients using existing contacts

• Using our sales CRM software effectively to track and manage sales activities

• A keen ability to identify key decision-makers within corporate organizations

• Active involvement in weekly sales meetings to measure and assess progress

• Ability to effectively leverage sales tools for lead generation

• Understands all facets of the recruitment function and lifecycle

• Good proficiency in conducting online research independently

• Proactively stays updated on industry and market trends to continually refine lead generation and sales strategies

• You love networking, nurturing existing connections, and making new connections!

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or fast-paced sales role (prior sales experience in a staffing/recruiting agency is a big plus!)

• A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets

• US Citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance

• A four year Bachelor's Degree

• Willingness to undergo formal sales training and a desire to learn and grow from an experienced sales mentor

• Availability to work onsite in our Herndon, VA office three days per week, with two days remote days
