Our manufacturing client in Milwaukee is hiring an Inside Sales Representative! This is a direct hire position providing business to business, direct support to customers while assisting outside sales and sales management in the development of existing and prospective customers. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and acknowledgements

• Prepare cost requests to purchasing properly

• Quotation follow up

• Closing Opportunities

• Partner with Outside Sales to build order pipeline and close sales

• Maintaining and growing gross profit dollars and profitability of your accounts

• Handle Return Material Authorizations

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest while building relationships

• Work in conjunction with Outside Sales to resolve slow moving inventory.

• Work with Outside Sales to maintain and review stocking requirements for customers specific agreements to ensure proper inventories

• Update sales opportunities in Customer Relationship Management software

• Participate in sales promos and product training

• Maintain documents per companies quality requirements and standards.

• Participate in Quarterly Business Review with assigned customers

• Work with Outside Sales and Purchasing to solve critical supply chain problems
