    A client of ours is looking to add an Inside Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and support, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support sales and business development functions through a variety of inside sales activities. - Maintain a positive image of our products and services to our customers, instilling a sense of confidence in our ability to meet their needs. - Assist in maintaining and supporting outside sales with the opportunities database. - Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers. - Maintain regular contact with Outside Sales to assist with the sales process and account management. - Identify new opportunities to expand sales with prospects and existing customers. - Assist with marketing activities as required. - Document lead information and contacts in organizational CRM database. - Develop a strong understanding of the industries assigned and the applications for our products. - Use CRM - Customer Relationship Manager, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Provide Quotes, Quote, Prepare Quotes skills effectively to deliver on job responsibilities.

    Requirements - Proficiency in CRM - Customer Relationship Manager software

    • Experience in both Inside and Outside Sales

    • Ability to provide, prepare, and manage quotes effectively

    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries efficiently

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Basic understanding of IT Software industry and its nuances

    • Proven ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to customer service and sales in the IT Software industry.
