    Join our team as a Liquidity Specialist at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where you will have the opportunity to grow our short-term investment product platform. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships with Advisors, enhance your knowledge of the liquidity management framework, and become a trusted extension of the Advisor team. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying new client opportunities and promoting cash management recommendations.

    As a Vice President, Liquidity Specialist in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will serve as an investment solutions expert, focusing on the growth of the short-term investment product platform. You will build strong relationships with Advisors, educate them about our products and platform, and use your deep knowledge of the liquidity management framework to identify new client opportunities and propose solutions for existing client needs. Your role will be crucial in promoting cash management recommendations and fostering cross collaboration within the broader Investments and Solutions organization.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Become a highly visible and active member of the wealth management ecosystem, with a focus on establishing and fostering imperative business relationships with field leadership teams and our Advisor community

    • Lead the strategy and design for both regular and ongoing business development activities to include but not limited to one-on-one and group product educational presentations, awareness campaigns, and market updates focused on liquidity solutions

    • Partner with Financial Advisors to source new opportunities through proactive prospecting as well as reactive investment opportunities for existing clients, in efforts to attract and retain client assets

    • Lead with the liquidity management framework and cash bucketing concepts; understand client near- and long-term liquidity needs through thoughtful, goals-based discussions with a focus on excess cash

    • Cultivate relationships with Field Management and Financial Advisors; maintain consistent communication to deepen partnerships in support of goals and initiatives

    • Maintain expert knowledge of short-term investment solutions including but not limited to Money Market Funds, Brokered CDs, Ultrashort Bond Funds, Mutual Funds, Treasuries and short duration Fixed Income, Managed Bond Ladders, etc.

    • Partner with key subject matter experts within broader Investments and Solutions organization to foster cross collaboration, idea sharing and client deepening opportunities

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Series 7, 66 licensed

    • A minimum of 7 years of investments and sales experience

    • Knowledge of macro interest rate environment; understanding of wealth management

    • Diversified wealth management and investment skills, including banking and lending, investment solutions, and wealth advisory

    • Track record of sales and relationship management success

    • Superior communication skills; ability to speak comfortably and effectively to Advisors and Clients

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and synopsize data
