    job purpose : The Channel and Customer Strategy team leads strategic planning and the go-to-market plan for all channels and customers within North America. As the Manager of Channel and Customer Strategy - Convenience Retail, this role will own the strategy, planning and communication to our National Sales Team for the fairlife portfolio of dairy based nutrition brands in the Convenience Retail channel. The ideal candidate understands that true value creation, both for our customers and the company, is built upon a long-term, shared vision of growth that is grounded in consumer and shopper needs/occasions and informed by leading edge category and channel insights. This individual will work seamlessly across multiple functions within fairlife and the Coca-Cola System to deliver Joint Business Plans and strategic selling decks that deliver long-term, profitable growth for the company and our most valued customers.

    responsibilities:

    • Own the Convenience Retail channel and customer commercial strategy for fairlife's full portfolio of brands working with our most valued retail partners

    • Partner with the National Retail Sales team to develop customer-specific selling stories with consumer, shopper and category insights for the top national Convenience Retail customers

    • Support Joint Business Plans and other strategic meetings by providing analytic and commercial support to the sales team

    • Work seamlessly across multiple internal and external functions including Business Intelligence, Brand, Category Commercial, Revenue Growth, Shopper Marketing and Category Strategic Advisory

    • Efficiently prioritize time across Convenience Retail customers to ensure the fairlife brands' category selling stories are flawlessly executed, on time, for each respective customer and buyer

    • Develop a clear segmentation framework for the Convenience Retail channel to identify where to play and how to win, with an emphasis on driving consumer recruitment and profitable growth, though the execution of our Convenience Retail occasion-based, price, pack, and channel roadmap

    • Deliver against annual and long-term KPI's including base brand acceleration, successful innovation sell-in and expansion, and achieving revenue and profit growth targets

    • Leverage Nielsen, Numerator, Mintel, and Datassential data and proprietary Coca-Cola tools and research to develop best in class insights and selling stories

    skills/qualifications required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required; MBA preferred

    • 5+ years of experience in Customer Sales, Commercial, Insights and/or Category Advisory in a CPG, foodservice or food distributor company

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional groups

    • Exceptional analytical capabilities utilizing Numerator, Nielsen, IRI, customer shopper data or similar syndicated resources

    • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks for an organization

    • Ability to take programs from concept to execution

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Strong project management experience

    • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms

    • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
