    The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter, not harder, with targeted training, data, strategy and more. Together, our team:

    • Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching, a data-driven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content, by the right people, reaches them at the right time.

    • Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions

    • Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers

    • Works with dealers to improve business metrics, lower turnover, and increase customer satisfaction

    • Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences

    What you'll do...

    We currently have openings for three Manager, Dealer Training & Productivity roles. One supporting Ford Pro, one supporting Model e and one supporting Lincoln.

    The Manager, Dealer Training & Productivity (Model e, Ford Pro or Lincoln) will have the primary responsibility of helping us build our on-Demand digital programs for the Dealer Training and Productivity department. This candidate will be dedicated to developing content on Ford and Lincoln vehicles and products, and for Ford and Lincoln dealers and customers. They will help us reimagine how people learn about our vehicles, products, and services. The candidate should be a creative 'outside the box' thinker undaunted by subject matter, audience, or delivery method. They should not be afraid to think big. They should be a maker who can guide and coach their team to follow their inspiration from concept to prototype and into production.

    This individual should be equipped with an always expanding creative toolkit, constantly innovating, and looking for the next best way to deliver the training experience. This candidate is passionate about building and delivering leading edge enablement and training programs. They should enjoy managing people and helping them grow into the best version of themselves to meet the vision of tomorrow. They must be engaging, undaunted by the topic, the audience, or the method in which it's delivered. They'll bring creative solutions that match wits within the rapidly changing automotive industry.

    The position is Remote, with flexibility to travel as needed.

    You'll have...

    • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience

    • 5+ years' experience in building and managing of training and enablement programs, including all aspects of the content creation progress, from scoping to building to deploying

    • 2+ years in people management experience, ideally in the training and enablement discipline

    • 1+ years of Experience in delivering programs though modern enablement platforms such as Mindtickle, Brainshark, Allego, Showpad, or similar

    Even better, you may have...

    • Experience creating video-based training programs

    • The ability to think differently and constantly reinvent

    • Ability to strategically leverage proficiency data to inform programmatic decisions
