Marketing Associate

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant located in Wheeling, West Virginia. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for a range of duties, such as data entry and client-facing tasks. The role will require strong skills in CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the migration of all client information to legal 360, ensuring no duplication of client data

• Conduct thorough clean-up activities to maintain the integrity of the CRM system

• Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Carry out research on companies and job titles of individuals as needed

• Engage in client-facing tasks, providing exceptional customer service

• Utilize a document management system for document processing

• Plan, execute, and track marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

• Develop marketing brochures and other creative materials

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for brand awareness and advertisements. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Marketing Assistant role

• Proficiency in CRM and Database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making

• Proven track record in creating and managing effective Advertisements

• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies

• Experience in designing Brochures and other promotional materials

• Knowledge in Campaign Planning and execution

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently when required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
