Part-time Membership Representative in Burlington, Wisconsin

HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team at the Aurora Wellness Center in Burlington, WI. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building, and continued process improvement. You will also be trained at the Front Desk to help cover scheduling as needed. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Must be able to work Sundays and be flexible to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.

• Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Coordinator and General Manager.

• Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.

• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Adult CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
