    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a Ford/Lincoln Protect National Sales Manager who is not only results-driven but also passionate about transforming our business. You will have the unique opportunity to lead a talented team of ten Area Sales Managers and drive revenue growth for our Ford/Lincoln Protect product line. With your innovative strategies and leadership skills, you will be responsible for achieving national sales penetration objectives, PBT, revenue, cash flow, operating margin, written premium, loss ratio, and contract volume objectives.     • Lead team to achieve national Ford/Lincoln Protect sales penetration objectives

    • Lead team to achieve PBT, Revenue per NVS, Cash Flow, Operating Margin, Written Premium, Loss Ratio and Contract Volume Objectives

    • Be a subject matter expert in Extended Service Business - including advising dealers on the structure of their business and mentor Area Sales Managers to become SMEs

    • Retain critical skills and talent thru flexible, diverse and inclusive work environment

    • Pursue ongoing development of the ASM business acumen and execution

    • Sustain or improve all department Pulse (or other employee satisfaction measurement) scores

    • Support Market Area & Regional Ford/Lincoln Protect business plans

    • Develop strategies to grow Pre-paid Maintenance sales leveraging Ford Pass Rewards Program

    • Develop strategies to grow ancillary product lineup

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow Ford Protect volume on Ford Pro vehicles. Work closely with Ford Pro and FinSimple field organizations to execute strategy

    • Drive dealer retention and acquisition efforts; Lead at critical dealerships

    • Drive execution of strategic actions at low loyalty dealers to grow sales

    • Drive F&I Development actions at loyal Ford/Lincoln Protect dealerships with 3 rd party partner and Ford Credit

    • Improve regional performance through ongoing field leadership interaction/visibility

    • Encourage ongoing employee training, communication, and development

    Minimum Requirements:

    -Bachelors or higher level degree in Business

    -6-8+ years in extended service leadership positions, preferably in the automotive industry

    Preferred Requirements:

    -Deep knowledge and understanding of dealership operations; specifically F&I selling processes

    -Past experience leading a highly effective sales team; results oriented individual

    -In-depth understanding of obligor structures, reinsurance, and self-insurance principles

    -Excellent business communication skills, including strong writing competency and executive level presentation skills
