    Responsibilities

    National Accounts Manager - QSR/Chain Restaurant Channel

    The ideal candidate has demonstrated success selling into or experience with the QSR/Chain Restaurant Channel supply chain. The candidate will work remotely and will travel to customer accounts as necessary.

    Description/Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for achieving sales target volume/revenue and driving profitable business growth.

    • Manages overall customer relationship by working closely with all functional departments (Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Development, Marketing, Quality, A/P, other)

    • Communicates all customer requirements to appropriate Pactiv Evergreen internal teams.

    • Manages pricing updates/actions, developmental product quotations including capital requirements.

    • Ensures that all Service and Quality issues are dealt with promptly and thoroughly

    • Maintains adequate sales targeting activity and ensures updates are complete and communicated via Customer Relationship Management tool

    • Works closely with customers to secure accurate demand forecasts on a timely basis

    • Exhibit energy and strong work ethic to drive effectiveness across the organization, foster teamwork, earn trust of co-workers, and put organization above self-interests.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree preferred.

    • Prior sales or supply chain experience in QSR Channel, with 5+ years of sales or relevant experience

    • Thorough knowledge of thermoformed and paper packaging (types, materials, manufacturing)

    • Solid communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and negotiation.

    • Demonstrated Project Management skills

    • Ability to travel when needed

    For individuals hired to work remotely, Pactiv Evergreen is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The compensation range is specific to remote positions and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $106,600- $177,600.
