  • Manpower is seeking an On-Site Supervisor, you will be part of the West Division supporting West Texas/ New Mexico Market The ideal candidate will have:

    • Two years of staffing or related experience

    • Bilingual English/ Spanish required

    • Experience coaching and managing others

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office and Outlook

    • Problem Solving Skills

    • High Levels of motivation and self direction

    Job Title: On Site Supervisor

    Location: West El Paso

    Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience

    What's the Job?

    • Performs administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service delivery

    • Act as a liaison between the Branch office and client

    • Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develop value-added services to support changing client needs

    • On-going recruitment

    • Onboard new hires

    • Conduct orientation and training of new hires

    • Confirm associate attendance and address absenteeism and tardiness

    • Coordinate weekly associate time capture, hiring manager approval, payroll/ billing reconciliation and adjustments

    • Communicate, update and maintain associate assignment changes

    • Assist associates with payroll and benefit questions

    • First point of contact for all associate inquires and issues onsite

    • Compliance with Manpower policy and federal and state laws (worker's compensation, unemployment and employment laws)

    • Responsible for associate performance management (recognition, coaching, counseling, discipline, termination, retention and engagement) and documents in appropriate system

    • Partners with client supervisors and leads to address and resole issues

    • Report and track data

    • Participate in required client meetings (safety, production, recognition)

    • Monday-Friday, 40 hour work week, with flexibility to come in early or stay late twice per week
