    Job Summary:

    Support day-to-day operations in the Documentation group for OTC Derivatives (Foreign Exchange, Money Market, FX Options, Interest Rates and Credit), ensuring all relevant processing and maintenance functions are completed accurately within prescribed timeframes and in accordance with established departmental procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft and review ISDA and EMTA based confirmations for FX Options, Interest Rates and Non-Deliverable Forward (paper-based trades).

    • Review and check confirmations of electronically confirmed trades (SWIFT, FXALL, Misys, Markitwire, TradeServ).

    • Upload non-cleared Credit trades to match with Counterparty in TradeServ.

    • Interact with Counterparty, Front Office and Legal as needed to resolve confirmation issue(s).

    • Generate daily reports of all products and ensure the tracking of outstanding confirmations is recorded and reported to management.

    • Raise and respond to internal and external inquiries timely and with professionalism.

    • Understand the roles and responsibilities of other units we deal with and effectively communicate with those units when required.

    • Work with the team and assist with ad-hoc requests and project related task(s).

    • Participate in user acceptance testing for systems upgrades, database conversions and introduction of new systems.

    • Provide guidance and training to other team members as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency of ISDA Definitions including FX and Currency Option Definitions, Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions and Credit Derivatives Definitions.

    • Work independently; strong attention to detail; must be able to effectively time manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities; strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and in written form); proficient at Microsoft Excel and Word; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly adapt to change and work in a deadline-oriented environment; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years of Interest Rates and/or FX documentation experience within a banking or investment banking environment.

    • Minimum 2years of Leadership experience desired.

    The typical base pay range for this role is between $90K - $112K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
