    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting our automation products and solutions to clients.     Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automation industry

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

    • Technical knowledge and understanding of automation products and solutions

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Exceptional customer service skills

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

    • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets 3E required standards

    Working Conditions

    Conditions vary based on the customer location and may include construction, warehouse, manufacturing, office, or external environments. Some activities may include walking, standing, climbing in various conditions including extreme heat or cold. Essential functions will require travel to customer locations.

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns

    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
