Join our team today.Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative to support our MRO business. This position allows a remote work set up (work from a home office), but the associate must be located in Riverside County, CA or surrounding areas. This role covers the Greater Riverside territory.ResponsibilitiesAs an Outside Sales Rep, you will:+ Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times+ Develop and maintain vendor relations+ Monitor sales trends and product performance results+ Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field+ Work with other associates to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyondQualificationsA Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but prior experience in Facility Maintenance Sales, especially within our industry, will be considered.
