Palantir Field Service Representative

ManTech is seeking a Palantir Field Service Representative to join our team in supporting INDOPACOM at Camp Smith, Honolulu, HI

This position requires an active DoD TS/ SCI Security Clearance.

Some short term OCONUS travel will be required (Japan)

General Responsibilities :

• Work closely with engineers on the team, as well as interfacing with the Product Development team.

• Support Palantir production footprint and work with Palantir Dev to troubleshoot issues,

• Write and maintain enterprise data integration pipelines and manage large technical projects, including scoping work, interfacing with other teams, and delegating to other engineers.

• Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Required Skills :

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience (5 years' experience w/o degree)

• Advanced knowledge of Palantir technology with the ability to speak knowledgeably and credibly about this technology to include to senior leadership (Gotham primary, also Foundry)

• Conduct formal and informal training sessions on Palantir technology

• Do proactive outreach and engagement with user groups

• Provide clear and consistent communications both externally and internally with ability to communicate user feedback and onsite signal back to leadership

• Troubleshoot technical issues onsite and communicate with engineering team/NOC

• Experience with conventional joint operational background and experience with maritime, air, or space domains

Preferred Skills/Experience :

• Experience with either Palantir, Gotham or Foundry preferred, but not necessary

• Gaia (Gotham module) experience and any the following backgrounds is a plus;

• AOC / MOC / JOC / JTF HQ experience

• Air and/or maritime watch floor experience

• All Source / GEOINT in support of near peer problem sets

• Targeting / Fires in a joint conventional environment

• Collection management

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
