    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Identify and qualify business opportunities

    Develop and maintain sales contacts

    Follow up on sales/project leads

    Establish long-term, on-going relationships with clients

    Meeting established revenue and profit goals

    Prepare client proposals and estimates

    Respond to RFQ's

    Lead Project Management Team for projects sold

    Qualifications:

    • Engineering degree BSME Preferred

    • 5+ Years Project Management Experience within Construction

    • 5+ Years Professional Sales Experience within HVAC-MEP

    • 5+ Years Design/Build Construction Experience

    • Strong presentation, oral and written communication, organization and time management skills

    • Self motivated and results oriented

    • Proficient on MS Office Suite

    • Attention to Detail

    • Be able to multi-task

    • Ability to problem solve

    • Team Player

    • Flexible

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Salary Range from $160,000.00 to $170,000.00

    • California is an "At Will" state. Employment with Air Systems an EMCOR Company is not for a specific term and it can be terminated by either the employee or Air Systems an EMCOR Company, with or without cause, and with or without notice at any time .

    Compensation Range: $160,000.00 to $170,000.00 / Year
