Real Estate Controller

Description

Growing real estate development company in Miami is looking to add a Controller to their team. This role will report into the Director of Finance and oversee 4 individuals in the accounting department. This role is meant for the Controller who loves to be hands on. In addition to overseeing the accounting department, you will be working with the month end close, reconciliations, and recommending process improvements to the Director of Finance. This is an opportunity to join a company that is going from millions to billions in revenue. Previous experience as a Controller in the real estate development industry is required. Bachelor in Accounting is required.
