Key Responsibilities of Trust / Relationship Advisor:

• Collaborate with internal teams for top-notch client service.

• Understand complex documentation related to account structures, trusts, LLCs, FLPs etc.

• Ensure clear communication during client onboarding.

• Manage fiduciary issues and coordinate with advisory teams.

• Handle all aspects of client onboarding efficiently.

• Establish rapport with clients and their advisors.

• Collaborate to align client needs with processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required plus 10+ years of relevant financial services experience

• Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred

• MUST have experience with Trusts and Fiduciary accounts

• Able to build trust with clients and their advisors.

• Must be able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

• Team players who are self-motivated and hardworking.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
