  • Job Description

    • Support Account Managers and Sr Account Managers in managing high-tier Pharmaceutical

    manufacturer accounts, building to lead smaller accounts on their own

    • Assist with compiling monthly data and analytics readouts for customers

    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising

    Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers

    • Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process

    • Facilitate program implementation by managing internal timelines and regularly updating

    status documentation

    • Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool

    Skills and Requirements

    • 2+ years of professional experience in client management. Experience with pharma,

    healthcare technology, or an advertising agency is a plus

    • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp

    attention to detail

    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a

    fast-paced environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and be resourceful

    • A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies

    • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or
