  • Description

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Shipping and receiving every item that comes in and out of the yard.

    • Responsible for loading & unloading machinery.

    • Cleaning machines and maintaining the machine storage areas.

    • Responsible for keeping accurate inventory and recording damaged machines.

    • Exceptional customer service

    • Responsible to check in / checkout rental equipment.

    • Responsible to load / unload sales dept equipment.

    • Responsible for staging and performing pre-rental checks.

    • Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the yard.

    • Responsible to keep rental equipment clean and in rental-ready condition.

    • Responsible for all shipping/ receiving paperwork.

    • Maintain, inventory sales department equipment.

    • Assist rental coordinator with rental contracts.

    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must be able to work safely, identify hazards, and assist in corrective activities

    • Must be a self-starter and accomplish work with minimum supervision

    • Excellent customer service skills are a must

    • Ability to solve problems and work under pressure

    • Good computer skills

    • Must be flexible as schedule requires

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior shipping and receiving experience

    • Prior rental experience is a benefit
