Adecco is hiring immediately for a Retail Associate in Webster, Tx. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to individuals seeking pool and spa supplies. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, guiding them through purchases, and processing transactions efficiently. Additionally, your knowledge of residential electrical systems and water chemical balancing will be advantageous in offering comprehensive assistance to our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding the products they need.

• Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers based on their requirements.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and merchandise.

• Assist in receiving and stocking inventory as needed.

• Offer support in resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to better assist customers.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred, with a focus on customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems and water chemical balancing is desirable, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
