Sales Account Executive

Description

This is the job for you if you are self-initiated, you love the thrill of meeting a deadline, work independently and comfortable managing a lot of projects, spreadsheets, and schedules. This is not a design position, but you will work with the creative and sales teams to create presentations that represent the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Create sales presentations in Power Point and Acrobat for all sales representatives.

• Process and coordinate release of product images.

• Assemble physical mockups of products for sales presentations and client requests.

• Maintain organization of files on the server, following established folder structure and naming convention.

• Create special projects for Sales and Operations department.

• Receive and process all product samples, manage show room displays, track inventory and distribute as requested.

• Oversee all tradeshow needs, advertising design, registration, booth setup, samples and display needs.

• Handle general office management for the sales department, receive and ship packages.

Minimum three years' experience in business administration, account management in publishing or agency environment, sales assistant, customer service, creative or sales office, or a related
