    Reports to: Profit Center Manager

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Must be able to work an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday

    • Current, valid driver's license

    • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorizations sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

    • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

    • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects

    • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Customer service experience - 2 years

    Working Conditions

    • You will spend part of your time in the warehouse and part of your time in the office.

    • Monday - Friday

    • 7 AM-4 PM

    Essential Job Functions

    • Desire to exceed expectations and earn customer trust and confidence in one's capabilities and performance.

    • Ability to answer telephones and provide courteous, prompt and efficient service to customers.

    • Possess basic knowledge of computers and the Internet (vendor websites).

    • Possess filing skills, both alphabetically and numerically.

    • Ability to perform advanced computer skills to track and facilitate vendor price checking, rebates, and quotations.

    • Ability to comprehend, read, and to communicate the English language orally and in writing.

    • Capacity to multi-task, to be organized and consistent.

    • Understanding of customer needs and expectations.

    • Capabilities to ask questions, understand the application and offer materials that fulfill those requirements.

    • Ability to up-sell cost-effective alternative materials.

    • Receive and forward customer and vendor feedback while making suggestions for improvement.

    • Math skills include calculating percentages, decimals (.1, .01, .001) and discount multipliers.

    • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Preferred
