General Overview of Position:
The role of the Sales Consultant (SC) is to work directly with prospects and industry professionals to develop new clients within assigned market areas.
SC must have a deep understanding of the construction market, who the prospects are, and will learn all ABCO and Arcxis services available in their market. SC is also responsible for learning and utilizing the ABCO and Arcxis sales processes, tools and methodologies to effectively sell to our industry.
SC must be capable of creating and executing sales strategies that will help our organization achieve its business objectives.
SC shall monitor and track key performance indicators (KPI) including meeting all goals and limits set by Executive management, contact rates, gross profit percentage, win ratios and client & service diversity. It is the responsibility of the SC to anticipate changes in business performance and react quickly to these changes.

This position may work from home. Working from home requires a professional environment and ability to communicate via web-based conferencing, phones, and email. This position may attend client meetings, conference, and networking events and must dress professionally.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
