  • About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement Consultant to join the Platform Trading Coaching and Support team. This role is responsible for coaching and training sessions for Investment Solutions advisory applications used by our teams.

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide one on one and/or group platform coaching and support for advisory applications

    • Act as a subject matter expert on advisory applications for field partners

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

    • Test applications in preparation for release updates

    • Analyze performance trends, identify developmental needs and provide coaching techniques and recommendations to improve sales performance

    • Act as a business partner in providing necessary tools and resources to sales members to increase the sale of financial products and services

    • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

    • Collaborate and consult with Sales Enablement colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience facilitating and delivering training or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations

    • Experience working with platform trading tools in a brokerage/investments setting

    • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices

    • Knowledge and experience with Advisory Platform and FA Directed Platform

    • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry; prior experience working with client facing teams such Financial Advisors is a plus

    • Knowledge and understanding of trading applications / unified advisory tools

    • Experience in sales and marketing

    • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    Job Expectations:

    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
