SALES EXECUTIVE, CASH & LOGISTICS
What does a great Sales Executive do?
This is a quota-carrying sales position that is responsible for driving efforts to expand and grow Fiserv market share in the Retail and Financial Services sectors, through execution of business, solution sales activities with existing and prospective clients. This role is focused on the pursuit of new sales for Cash & Logistics line of business within the Financial & Risk Management Solutions (FRMS) division. Specifically, as a value-added reseller of cash processing hardware products, Fiserv is looking to hire a top performing sales professional to drive these sales to large retail and financial institution networks.
ESSENTIAL JOB ATTRIBUTES:
Familiar directly or indirectly with Tidel, Glory, Arca, or other similar cash-handling hardware 5+ yearsâ€™ experience in the Currency Supply Chain industry Independently generates leads and drives profitable revenue by selling Fiserv solutions within designated territory or assigned accounts. Independently drives strategies, tactics and account plans to identify, qualify and secure new Fiserv clients to meet sales targets. Handles the effective and rapid movement of leads through the sales process, including: qualification of prospects; assessment of potential client needs; presentation of Fiserv solutions; and expeditious closing of business Independently develops selling strategies for assigned accounts and effectively interfaces regularly with executive levels. Leverages executive level contacts to develop greater account coverage and craft demand Builds internal and external industry networks to remain current on industry trends and describes Fiservâ€™s value in the context of emerging market trends and how they affect the customer Develops long term client and business relationships based on mutual value and trust, resulting in repeat business for Fiserv. Manages client expectations appropriately to ensure mutual happiness for the client and Fiserv. Maintains prompt and accurate sales pipeline forecasting in the eCRM system. Models and practices the Fiserv Way of Selling philosophies and skill sets.
