As a sales account advisor you will: manage the installation of both new and renewal products, and support the Account Manager in customer relations management. You will also facilitate enrollment meetings and oversee the day-to-day resolution of client issues.
Develop and lead enrollment meetings
Educate client to ensure correct and timely completion of all enrollment materials
Provide on-site customer service and handle claims issues
Role Essentials <?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
High School diploma
Previous experience in group health benefits sales or very strong background in account management; preferably in the Health Insurance sector
Previous Experience in customer facing roles (claims, customer service, account management)
Must have a valid state health insurance license or be able to obtain one within 60 days of being hired
Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Previous experience with large and highly visible national accounts
Experience dealing with claims issues
