  • What is a Sales Representative (Inside/Craft/Estate)?

    The Sales Representative (Inside/Craft/Estate) will be responsible for driving sales growth within craft/estate customer segmentation and driving towards individual revenue and margin goals. You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting campaigns (both call and email) and educating customers on Saxco’s value proposition while converting leads to live orders. They will also maintain existing Inside Sales Channel business as well as identify and execute opportunities to penetrate deeper into current accounts. This role is significantly client facing and you must possess superb presentation and communication skills and demonstrate subject matter expertise.

    What are the responsibilities of a Sales Representative (Inside/Craft/Estate)?

    1)Responsible for achieving sales budget revenue and margin set by leadership

    2)Accountable to increase retention rates of existing customers

    3)Drive acquisition rate and achieve monthly and annual sales targets and metrics

    4)Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers in CRM. Adherence to CRM usage by tracking all leads, prospects, emails, etc. in system

    5)Research and qualify new leads

    6)Drive outbound call plan to qualify cold and warm leads

    7)Keep up with all product and service information and updates so you can upsell to the customer

    8)Maintain and share market knowledge with leadership to help drive strategy and market pricing

    9)Responsible for providing accurate information to Service team for order entry and ensure knowledge of internal processes

    Professional Requirements: To help drive Saxco’s strategic direction the skills and qualifications required of the successful candidate are:

    BS/BA degree desired

    3-5 years in customer service or sales in a distribution environment preferred.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft applications with excellent skills in Excel, Outlook, CRM, and Word. Microsoft AX skills or experience a plus.

    Compensation details: 62000-67000 Yearly Salary
