  • Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of a Customer Service Representative based in Lincoln, Nebraska, 68508, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued clients, generating new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate new leads

    • Engage prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to create interest in our products or services

    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and strategic partner

    • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion

    • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion

    • Schedule appointments and demos for the team with qualified leads

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system

    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company

    • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers

    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements - Proven experience in a customer service role

    • Proficiency in outbound sales and sales calls

    • Ability to manage and execute lead generation campaigns

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving capabilities

    • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

    • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong team player with a customer-oriented approach

    • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
