At our core, our team's mission is to help our clients win. In order to do that, our growing team is looking for a Sales Representative in Technology Services who will be highly motivated to deliver exceptional results in support of the sales process.
Our Sales Representatives will drive new sales leads and follow up on marketing generated leads, sell IT managed services as well as hardware and software, and will build long-term trusting relationships with our new and existing clients.
This position is available on a REMOTE basis in Canada or in our office in Winnipeg, MB.
A Day in the Life
Utilizing your network as well as data sources to identify and prospect for new business
Identifying client needs and pain points and qualify based on pre-defined criteria
Conducting and documenting client discovery
Partnering with delivery team to provide clients and prospects with a vision for their end state and path to get there
Managing the sale of Microsoft cloud migrations and ongoing managed services as well as related IT services
Preparing on-time response to requests for quotes and information, and coordinate with IT Team to provide exemplary service to customer
Achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Advising clients of new solutions and services as they become available
Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information, and communicating client information that may affect company decisions
At least 2 years of experience as a sales professional preferred
At least 2 years of IT experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of SaaS or cloud platforms
Ability to recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures to prospective customers
Demonstrated superior customer service skills
Aptitude for problem solving critical thinking and a passion for technology
Strong strategic planning skills
Strong documentation and communication skills
Valid Driver's License and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
Microsoft 365 Certifications in Modern Work, Messaging, Teams, Developer or Fundamentals preferred but not required
