  • Full Job Description:

    BSI is seeking a sales representative to develop and grow our new product development division from the ground up. Your primary task will be developing business opportunities in electronic and power electronics product development and module implementation to existing systems.

    Who We Are:

    BSI Components and Repair is currently primarily involved in electronic board repair for the renewable energy/wind industry, but we seek to expand our in-house expertise into the agriculture and manufacturing verticals. Our goal is to offer the international market professional product design and engineering services. Our scope will involve supporting custom projects from concept through production, testing, and development. BSI’s team is already experienced in finding innovative solutions to optimize and redesign obsolete power electronic systems; now, we aim to expand into the design and development arena.

    BSI is a problem-solving company. We are a technology provider that troubleshoots and invents solutions and repairs for electronics other companies would discard. Along the way, we have adopted a “preventative approach” to each element we service by being thorough, knowledgeable, and innovative to increase the lifespan of our repairs.     Successful candidates will be responsible for:

    ?      Growing new business development initiatives, strategic planning, and execution for future direction and the             company's financial growth.

    ?      Understanding our customer’s business needs and objectives.

    ?      Prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business.

    ?      Managing multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the selling cycle.
     

    The successful candidate has an exceptional sales track record, experience with deep customer relationships, and has demonstrated experience pulling together different areas of expertise to maximize sales opportunities.

    You have:

    ?      a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing. 

    ?      experience with CRM software (i.e., Copper or similar application)

    ?      an ability to create and deliver presentations with confidence 

    ?      6 - 10 years of experience in sales of complex business concerning electronic/software and firmware

    ?      a solid understanding of electronics

    ?      experience selling at the C level with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide a                            comprehensive  strategic solution that will meet the immediate and long-term requirements and goals

    ?      a willingness to collaborate and be actively engaged with the product and development team.

    ?      demonstrated experience building and maintaining a healthy sales funnel

    ?      good social and communication skills, as well as a respectful and friendly personality 

    ?      the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute actions with a can-do attitude

    Annual Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus commission
