We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer who will be responsible for working with the sales manager or sales director to responsibly bid projects for new ANGI capital equipment. You will be actively involved the department to help drive the company's growth. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales at ANGI and allows you to work remotely from a home office.
Works closely with the regional sales manager to confirm the customer requirements and present a comprehensive fueling solution
Communicates with customers, engineering, service, and/or sales team to determine the scope of supply required/ordered by customers
Reviews customer specifications and develops clarifications and exceptions
Sizes compressors using Ariel or other similar programs
Works with major vendors to cost high dollar components
Collaborates with others in the organization to verify cost and determine best design approach and refueling strategy
Estimates costs and margins of projects quoted and sold
Prepares quotations and revisions for equipment inquiries
Hosts pre-proposal meetings as required
Releases complete technical definition and refueling strategy to ANGI's Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams
This position is responsible for the use and maintenance of an Excel-based "Budget Tool" to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders, and occasionally Order Changes.
Works with Engineering and PM teams to complete the NGV Specifications at technical review.

Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions.
Proven ability to identify issues, drawing on your professional experience and strategic problem- solving skills, and drive appropriate solutions.
At least 3-5 years of related experience.
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university (Engineering degree preferred)
P.E. license a plus
