Summary:

Account Managers oversee specificcustomer accounts and ensure positive customer experiences while working acrossall functions of the supply chain to ensure products are beneficial tocustomers. This role will be a blend of operations, customer service, supplychain management and project management. The ideal candidate isrelationship-focused, very organized, detail-oriented, and sees things througha "big picture" lens. Someone who isproactive, shows initiative, and is excited to be empowered and included inbusiness goals will haveample opportunity for growth within the organization.

TRAINING PROGRAM:

We are actively seekingCustomer Relationship Management Trainees to join Greentech Renewables'Training Program. In this approximate 24-month program, the CRM Trainee will rotatethrough various roles gaining experience in each department within the companyto get a deeper understanding of the business model. You will get exposure to Operations,Logistics, Account Management, Outside Sales, Project Management, Purchasing,Business Operations, and more!

While the positionprovides structured on-the-job training, there is also online and in person trainingsrelated to solar PV and technology, solar business sales, and technical producttrainings. The CRM Training Program is designed to provide the tools andtraining to prepare you for a successful career in Account Management orBusiness Development upon completion of the program.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Pursuing or received a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant experience

• Must have a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

• Must be a self - starter who can handle multiple tasks at the same time

• Must be able to take initiative in projects and be proactive

• Must be detail-oriented and possess a good work ethic

• Stellar communication & time management skills

• Must be organized and enjoy collaborative problem-solving

• Must be team-oriented and with strong collaboration skills

• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Working Conditions:

Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel - both by car and by air.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop an understanding of company operations and business philosophy

• • Rotational experience and exposure to logistics department, operations, purchasing, and sales

• Assist with customer order prep and deliveries as needed

• Learn the ins and outs of customer relationship management

• Learn processes and strategies to help customers stay organized and informed, and to make it easy for the customers to provide forecasting for their upcoming projects

• Self-driven continuous learning and training in solar technology in an effort to give customers advice on products and product alternatives

• Engage in pricing and availability discussions with team, customers, and vendors

• Develop relationships with new or existing solar manufacturers

• Provide insight into purchasing decisions for the team based on conversations with customers and a well-established customer relationship

• Assist the Operations team in developing strategies to improve processes and streamline the supply chain
