    Your Role and Responsibilities

    As an SAP Energy and Utilities Customer Relations & Billing (CR&B) Associate Partner , you will have an excellent knowledge of SAP CR&B solutions and new innovations in SAP and the Utilities Industry. You will be responsible for the group in sales discussions with clients to clearly demonstrate the business benefits of SAP CR&B, while crafting and supporting the implementation process. You will show the SAP CR&B roadmap differences between releases and new leading edge that are brought in each release and should be familiar with new cloud offerings (e.g., SAP Hybris) from SAP. Your knowledge of SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics and configuration requirements and integration with other modules and SAP's Business Intelligence platforms. Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills are key.

    Responsibilities include:

    • The SAP CR&B sales focused plan for Communications Sector - Energy and Utility clients;

    • Attain sales oriented targets and execute these targets during early stages of sold work;

    • Lead pursuits at new logo Communications Sector Energy and Utility (E&U) clients and expand penetration at existing accounts;

    • Support the identification, development and closure of SAP CR&B sales efforts

    • Provide industry mentorship, strategies, and our standard methodologies;

    • Maintain industry references, approaches, IBM contacts and competitive analysis, in support of both general industry solutions and specific solutions;

    • Build and lead internal communities of IBM industry practitioners;

    • Lead or contribute to the creation of IBM positions and strong POVs on specific SAP CR&B industry topics;

    • Define, develop and use repeatable non-traditional consulting industry solutions; and,

    • Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work.

    You will have:

    • Strong client and team network, extensive current SAP sales and delivery experience;

    • Deep understanding and experience with SAP's Utilities Industry Solution for Customer Relations and Billing;

    • Deep understanding of Customer Service Processes in the Utilities Industry;

    • Proven track record of sales and delivery for SAP Energy & Utilities projects for more than 5 years, preferably 10 years

    • Project Management experience on large scale SAP implementations

    • Business development and Professional Services sales experience with SAP Utilities

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    At least 5 years of experience in:

    • Sales and delivery of SAP Utilities Projects

    • Project Management experience on large scale SAP implementations

    • Business development and Professional Services sales experience with SAP Utilities

    • 75% travel is required for this role

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    At least 10 years of experience in:

    • Sales and delivery of SAP Utilities Projects

    • Project Management experience on large scale SAP implementations

    • Business development and Professional Services sales experience with SAP Utilities
