    JOB SUMMARY

    The position of

    Senior Account Manager

    is responsible for management, retention, and growth of all assigned clients. The assigned Senior Account Manager will work closely and provide direct support to the WSS Account Management team to promote growth goals.  The Senior Account Manager will work closely with WSS sales, WSS Operations, and WSS Management to ensure our client success and retention.  They are also responsible for developing and becoming a subject matter expert on all systems and technologies used by WSS.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

    • Strengthening the relationship between WSS and assigned clients through the implementation of a successful Account Management program.
    • Building reports and dashboard via Looker and Salesforce of client related data.
    • Tracking client related data on a daily basis.
    • Being the client’s direct point of contact within WSS.
    • Working with operations regarding client’s specific process requests.
    • Tracking assigned clients dispute requests to ensure they are handled efficiently and accurately.
    • Tracking assigned clients ordering patterns to identify upsell opportunities.
    • Maintaining and Tracking all emails, opportunities, conflicts, resolutions, and opportunities within Salesforce.
    • Quote generation for all upsell opportunities.
    • Relaying all necessary information to WSS Operations, Sales, and Onboarding in an efficient, well communicated way.
    • Briefing operations and sales on any closed won opportunities and ramp up schedule.
    • Meeting and exceeding all assigned growth and retention goals.
    • Providing direct support to the AM team to facilitate growth and retention goals.
    • Traveling monthly for client visits or WSS related trade shows
    • All other duties as assigned by management.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

    Education:

    Minimum

          High school diploma or GED

    Preferred

    :        A two or four year degree from an accredited College/University.

     

    Experience:

    Minimum:

          1 year of experience in the Background Screening Industry with minimum

    of 1 year in customer success, sales, or account management related roles.

    Preferred

    :        3 years of experience in the Background Screening Industry with minimum

    of 3 years in customer success, sales, or account management related roles.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • Proficiency in WSS Operating Platform.
    • Ability to learn and become proficient in new technology platforms
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong relationship building & maintaining skills. 
    • Strong analytical problem solving skills.
    • Detail oriented, with good written and oral communication skills. 
    • Must have understanding of professional office etiquette exemplifying professionalism at all times.

    • Dependability & Reliability – Must be at work on time and work the schedule assigned by their manager.

    • Position requires up to 50% travel
    • Must possess excellent customer facing skills
    • Ability to work flexible work hours or shifts (days/evenings/weekends) if required. 

    WORK HOURS:

    Salaried Position, work hours are typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
