    How will you make an impact in this role?

    Global Commercial Services (GCS) focuses on providing the best payment solutions to our Commercial Clients of all sizes - from local businesses to global enterprises. Onboarding Capabilities team within GCS is uniquely positioned to help match client needs with digital insights products with the goal of reducing customer costs, manage supplier relationships and optimize spend.     Associate, Digital Product Management for Buyer Supplier Enablement will partner with the product manager and development team on gathering requirements, building and testing business intelligence solutions and features. We are looking for an analytical thinker who will serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between the Product Manager and key cross functional team members. This role will work on a variety of projects and initiatives with customers at varying levels within the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering quality work, strong collaboration skills and a keen understanding of how to drive results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the requirement gathering process, independently creating agile user stories and acceptance criteria.

    • Write test scripts/test criteria and perform data and applications testing.

    • Track test cases and collaborate to resolve defects clearly communicating with the project team

    • Participate in scrum team planning and story prioritization of the product backlog, facilitating decision-making processes and conflict resolution

    • Conduct in-depth post-launch analyses for the team's core product releases, overseeing testing, product performance reviews, and optimization efforts.

    • Enhance collaboration with engineering and design teams to innovate and continuously improve the UI/UX of sales tools

    • Act as a primary liaison between Product Managers and project teams, synthesizing business needs into actionable plans and providing strategic updates on key initiatives.

    • Collect, track and derive KPIs

    • Perform data analysis, evaluate quality, answer user inquiries and provide data sourcing recommendations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2 years of digital product management experience, preferably with exposure to financial services or tech industries.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and deadlines.

    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with and interpreting complex data to inform product strategies.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to articulate product visions and persuade others effectively.

    • Experience in high-stakes matrix organizations and managing expectations in cross-functional environments.

    • Driven and proactive, with a strong problem-solving acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.

    • Experience with data analysis tool, such as Excel, but ideally SQL,

    • Ability to actively listen, communicate effectively and bring people along.

    • Growth mindset that embraces change and passion for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    • Interest in B2B payments

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Adobe Analytics and Tableau with a proven track record of utilizing these tools to drive product success.

    • Robust understanding of Agile methodologies, with proven experience in leading Scrum teams.

    • Experience with programming languages, such as PySpark and/or Python

    • Technical proficiency with backend systems, with the ability to understand and integrate complex platform functionalities.

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
