About The Role:

Conducts a variety of moderate to sophisticated analyses for the development of materials focused on commercial real estate strategies in support of CBRE's clients. Draws conclusion(s) from analyses and makes recommendations to senior leaders. Knows and uses fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance, including commercial appraising, market analysis and investment analysis.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical mentorship, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

What You'll Do:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge of ARGUS preferred.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

• Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Responsible for setting own project timelines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate or Finance, Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
