    Description and Requirements

    The Sr. Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for implementing the territory commercial plan for the assigned geographical area, focusing on branded retail points of sales, indirect (B2B-B2C) channels (Key accounts, independent trade), and brand-building touchpoints to ensure product performance and deliver the best consumer experience.     What will you do?

    • Serve as the deployment and execution owner for the respective geography, ensuring high levels of staffing and performance.

    • Manage stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.

    • Deliver and exceed business and operational expectations, prioritizing consumer satisfaction.

    • Lead consumer experiences, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

    • Ensure full execution of consumer-related journeys, including training teams and clarifying expectations

    • Collect, track, and provide consumer insights for continuous improvement.

    • Maximize sales channels (B2B and B2C) while maintaining effective relationships.

    • Execute sales offers and merchandising in branded touchpoints.

    • Drive B2C digitalization across channels for improved consumer experience.

    • Be accountable for delivering the people platform in the geography.

    • Lead and develop a team, focusing on building and maintaining trusting relationships.

    • Ensure a high-quality, engaged, and skilled frontline leveraging all people management levers.

    • Ensure operational excellence is applied to all processes.

    • Lead and be accountable for day-to-day operational processes within touchpoints.

    • Work alongside brand stakeholders to maintain healthy distribution levels and coordinate trade initiatives.

    • Ensure touchpoints follow all designated operational processes, ensuring development, training, and execution meet expected standards.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

    • 5+years of multi-channel consumer engagement, sales, or marketing experience.

    • 3 years of experience managing teams within a sales or retail capacity.
