    About the role and what you'll be doing:

    Ensono is looking to expand their growing dynamic sales team with the addition of a Portfolio Specialist. The Portfolio Specialist is a strategic thinker who will partner with our internal sales team and external clients to optimize and modernize their technology architecture while identifying new business opportunities and innovate the way Ensono approaches expanding services delivered to clients. Ensono is looking to expand their growing dynamic sales team with the addition of a Portfolio Specialist. Responsibilities include:

    • Work with account managers and clients to expand and differentiate services Ensono offers.

    • Proactively consult with clients and collaborate with account managers to provide thought leadership and creative solutions for complex IT challenges.

    • Identify new business opportunities in the existing client portfolio and consult with Sales executives, Consultants, Solution Architects, and Product Specialists to present and sell additional services to clients.

    • Lead and develop innovative new ways to expand services sold to clients.

    • Partner with product development to ensure that the Ensono offerings are relevant to client needs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 10+ years in technology and consultative services sales with multi-platform expertise, ideally including mainframe, open systems, cloud, network, storage, disaster recovery, and optimization experience.

    • Proven success in working enterprise accounts.

    • Competency in analytical problem solving, client / partner relationships, network products and technology expertise, project management, and strategic thinking.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and presentations, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across organizations and with clients.

    • Experience in working with managed services, hosting, mainframe, and IT outsourcing.

    • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in assessing problems and presenting opportunities.

    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Managed service sales experience

    • Consulting sales experience
