Senior Solution Engineer

Job Description

You will provide our clients specialist knowledge in applying our technology/application to best meet their needs while communicating functional value to client businesses. You will also be involved in educating our internal and external customers on our products and applications through presentations, storytelling and demonstrations.

A strong candidate is able to manage a range of stakeholders and multiple priorities across accounts, is comfortable presenting to a wide variety of stakeholders. In this role, your ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels of our client organizations is critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Expert level knowledge of Oracle CrowdTwist.

• Own client relationship, align to client KPIs from launch through ongoing program management

• Collaborate with product, strategy and solutions architects to inform the CrowdTwist product roadmap as the voice of our clients

• Support client facing product initiatives through communication and testing

• Deliver high level business reviews and optimization recommendations

• Analyze client's usage of the CrowdTwist platform and align to strategic recommendations

• Partner with sales on upsell and cross sell opportunities

• Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle CrowdTwist to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and "C" level executives.

• Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.

US: Hiring Range: from $37.64 to $76.49 per hour; from $78,300 to $159,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
