    Job Description

    This role assists in the management of projects and customers using the AHR (Advanced Hardware Replacement) and OSM (On-Site Maintenance) programs. Responsibilities include delivering defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. This role may support Senior PM's and/or Program Managers on larger projects/programs.


    • Assists with AHR and OSM quote generation when required by Line of Business Manager, Business Management or Proposals Department and communicates with all participants required for the overall quoting process

    • Assist with the assignment of project requirements for new and existing AHR and OSM customers with all associated departments and support vendors

    • Manages daily spares shipments to all required depot locations to maintain proper operating inventory levels

    • Assist with AHR dispatches and customer returns for repair processing

    • Coordinate shipments, maintains and controls all AHR inventories related to the AHR program

    • Prepares weekly status report for management to report new Customer contracts booked, Customer renewals/non-renewals and pending new business

    • Other responsibilities and duties assigned by management

    • Comfortable performing product vendor evaluations


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business

    • 0-2 years of professional work experience
